With deep expertise in corporate portfolio investments, private equity, corporate structuring, business valuation, and mergers & acquisitions, she is widely recognized for guiding sub-optimized or hidden-value companies toward international scalability, strategic partnerships, and IPO readiness.
Under her leadership, FPGB has built a dynamic and diversified portfolio across property development, lifestyle ventures (including yachting, fine dining, and entertainment hubs), F&B, biotechnology including stem cell therapy and healthcare wellness facilities, and blockchain infrastructure development. The group is actively progressing towards a public listed status in 2026, positioning itself at the intersection of innovation, lifestyle, and global investment.

Starting his career in Capital Markets, Mr. Maurice Wee rose to Vice President roles at DBS Bank Singapore and Maybank Investment Bank. He co-acquired and led Satang Corporation, a licensed Digital Asset Exchange in Thailand, driving significant revenue growth and market expansion. His skill in navigating complex market dynamics and anticipating industry trends has marked his career.
Mr. Maurice Wee's achievements include business development practices resulting in transactional values exceeding USD 500 million annually and securing major partnerships with DBS Bank, JP Morgan, and Binance. Dato’ Sri Dr. Wee Jeck Seng is a seasoned Malaysian politician and public servant, currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Tanjung Piai, Johor. Born in Pontian, Johor, he holds a Doctorate in Public Management and a Master’s in Public Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, alongside a Business Management degree from Sunderland University, UK.
Dr. Wee brings over two decades of parliamentary and governmental experience. He has held multiple high-profile positions, including Deputy Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities (2020–2022) and Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports (2008–2010). His leadership extended to roles such as Chairman of the Malaysian Timber Council, Labuan Port Authority, and various parliamentary and party committees.
Within the Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA), Dr. Wee has risen through the ranks, currently serving as Vice President and previously as Deputy Secretary General. His influence spans both state and national levels, where he has contributed significantly to policymaking, parliamentary reform, and constituency development.

Ms Jessica Cheung is the General Counsel and Group Deputy Chief Legal Officer.
She is instrumental in advising and supporting the legal aspects of the Group's formation, structuring, and operationalization. Ms Cheung also manages the Group’s cross-border investments across diverse sectors such as finance, financial technology, property, and lifestyle. She leads and manages corporate responsibilities, developing internal policies related to human resources, legal and regulatory risk, and ensuring compliance. Her work involves collaborating with key stakeholders, external counsel, and professional advisors on due diligence and deal structuring.
Prior to her current role, Ms Cheung was a Senior Associate at a boutique law firm in Singapore. While at the firm, she provided practical legal advice and solutions to international and local clients on a wide range of issues. She also handled trial advocacy and disputes, and provided cross-border advisory work.
Ms Cheung is also deeply committed to pro bono work, volunteering at a community club legal clinic in Singapore to provide legal advice to the local community. Her passion for mentorship and education is reflected in her past role as a student tutor at the University of Sheffield, where she received her LLB (Hons) in Law.
