Creating Impact Beyond Business
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, Datin Wira Kym Sit is committed to creating sustainable social impact through initiatives that combine business with community development.
She founded the LED Billboard Scholarship Initiative — “Every Ad Funds a Future”, a social-impact model that channels a portion of advertising revenue from LED billboard campaigns towards education and scholarship opportunities for underprivileged students. The initiative reflects her belief that commercial platforms can create both economic value and meaningful opportunities for the next generation.
As Chairman of Persatuan Wanita Prihatin Cheras, she also supports initiatives focused on women’s empowerment, single mothers, orphanages, education, and community welfare.
Her leadership philosophy centres on connecting capital, enabling growth, building financial infrastructure, empowering communities, and creating sustainable long-term value across borders.
