Many of our Strategic Partners are working professionals who leverage their networks and expertise in their free time. This program is a great way to diversify your income and expand your professional connections without affecting your current role.

2.         Referral Eligibility and Process

2.1.      the Strategic Partner shall identify, refer and introduce the Prospects to FPGB and provide FPGB with the relevant information and contact details of such Prospect by completing and submitting FPGB’s Acquisition Interest Form (“Form”), which may be updated from time to time.

2.2.      Upon receipt of such Form, FPGB will validate the Prospect by determining that either of the following criteria are met:

 

(a)        the Prospect has not been in contact with FPGB twelve (12) months prior to the date of submission of the Form; or

(b)        the Prospect was in contact with FPGB twelve (12) months prior to the date of submission of the Form, but did not result in a Closed Transaction in relation a Target or Service.

 

2.3.      In the event that FPGB refuses to validate any Prospect for any reason, FPGB will provide written notification to the Strategic Partner to such effect and include with such notification a brief reason for such non-validation if appropriate). FPGB’s decision shall be final.

2.4.      In order to qualify for payment of compensation, the Strategic Partner must facilitate an introductory meeting between FPGB and the Validated Prospect, and the successful referral results in a Closed Transaction. FPGB shall be solely responsible for all further communications, presentations, negotiations, due diligence and closing activities with the Validated Prospect after the introductory meeting facilitated by the Strategic Partner..

2.5.      FPGB shall use reasonable efforts to keep the Strategic Partner informed of the general status of its Validated Prospect.

While finance experience can be helpful, it is not required. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are proactive, connected, and eager to contribute.

Commissions are disbursed after the successful closing of the deal and once full payment has been received by FPGB.

Details of your commission terms will be outlined clearly in the SP Referral Agreement.

All Strategic Partners and referred buyers are covered by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Your referrals and activities remain private and protected under strict confidentiality protocols.

Yes. Strategic Partners will be updated periodically regarding the referral status, especially when the deal reaches key milestones (i.e. in due diligence, SPA signed, deal closed, etc.).

Referral rights are granted on a first-submission basis with a time-stamped record via our Acquisition Interest Form. Disputes will be reviewed based on submission logs and email trails.

Yes. We work with buyers and sellers from across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. All international opportunities are subject to regulatory compliance and cross-border due diligence.

 

Both are accepted. You can register as a Strategic Partner under a company entity or personal name, depending on how you wish to receive commissions or issue invoices.
