Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support daily office operations, manage paperwork, and assist with basic marketing and social media tasks.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience and a good understanding of social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative tasks: filing, data entry, document preparation, and office coordination.
• Support day-to-day operations including scheduling, logistics, and internal communication.
• Prepare and organize company documentation, invoices, and basic reports.
• Assist in basic HR and finance tasks such as leave tracking and claims processing.
• Manage and update company social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with relevant content.
• Coordinate with marketing team to create simple posts, captions, and maintain consistent branding.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to basic inquiries or messages.
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers when required.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in admin or marketing support roles.
• Familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Able to assist in creating simple visual content using tools like Canva (basic design skills are a bonus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
